The regular season is over, and the conference tournaments come to life. A few more conferences are kicking off today, but more start tomorrow. These tournaments are tricky, as some play on home courts for opening rounds, some play on home courts for whole tournaments, and others have everything on neutral site.
My picks are the teams with the line after them, and I put them first. I'll include the line whether they're giving or getting points.
